Connect the stream

Open one WebSocket, send a subscribe message, and receive every item as it is detected. Each message carries a monotonic id.

Backfill on reconnect

Reconnect, subscribe, and wait for the ack while buffering live events. Then backfill from your last id — paging until done — dedupe by id, and drain the buffer. Zero gaps, no duplicates.

Common questions

How far back does historical data go?

The REST API serves a rolling window of recent items per feed — designed for catching up after a disconnect or cold start, not deep archival research. Exact retention per feed is documented in the API reference.

How do you measure the latency you claim?

Every item carries the source publication timestamp and our detection timestamp. We publish medians per feed and you can verify them from your own consumption logs.

Can we evaluate before committing?

Yes. We provision time-limited evaluation keys with full stream and backfill access so your desk can benchmark against incumbent vendors on live data.

How does billing work?

Each feed is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe, cancellable anytime from the customer portal. Annual invoicing and consolidated billing are available on enterprise agreements.

What are the licensing terms?

Standard agreements cover internal use: signal generation, execution, research and monitoring. Redistribution or public display of feed content requires an extended license.
